Download the install file from here: VoiceEdgeSetup.exe
Double click on the VoiceEdgeSetup.exe icon
If the SmartScreen message pops up, click Run
In the prompt, enter in the company email address as your Username, check the Remember Me box and click the Proceed To Sign In button.
If you need to reset your password, please use the Forgot Password link on this window.
Enter your Comcast password and click Sign In
Confirm app permissions by clicking Go to App
Click Proceed on the Location update
The VoiceEdge application is ready to use
