- You will need to be in Webmail to access the settings. The link for Webmail is http://outlook.office.com/.
- Once you are on the main page of Webmail, you need to click the settings button near the top right corner, close to your name. In the picture above, it is circled in red.
- Above, it shows the list of settings that will pop up on the right side. On the very bottom, click "View all Outlook Settings". It can be seen circled in red in the photo above.
- (Photo Above) Make sure General is selected (In red) Then click Distribution Group(Yellow) and the groups you can make changes to will be available in the section under "Distribution Groups I own"(In Blue).
- Select the pencil icon circled in red.
- Then make sure Membership is selected(In red). Then click the plus icon under members.
- In the photo above, you can see that it pulls up a mini directory. You can manually scroll through to find the person you wish to add or you can use the search bar located above "Directory".
- Using the search bar, once you have found the person you wish to add, click the + icon by their name(in yellow). Then click Save(In blue).

The directory will then close and bring you back to the membership page. Click save at the bottom.
You have successfully added a member.
There are additional settings that you can use to allow or block people from joining your distribution group. In the picture above, most default settings will allow anyone to join or leave as they wish. These settings allow you to control whether you want to be alerted to new join requests or whether you want to physically add people as you see fit. The same can be done for members wishing to leave the group.
