Moving .pst Files into Online Archive Folder

To import a .pst file into you Online Archive folder:

Select file on the top left.

Select Open & Export on the left.

Open the Import/Export wizard.

Select to import from another program of file and click next.

Choose to import a .pst file.

Click Browse and find the .pst folder you wish to import and select next.

To import entire .pst file into online archive folder:

1. Select “Outlook Data File” in the dialog box at the top.
2. Check the box to include subfolders
3. Choose the second option to “import items into the same folder in:” and set it to import those files into the online archive
