Sign in to https://business.comcast.com/myaccount and select Phone from your subscribed services. Note: if you select Phone from your subscribed services and your screen looks different than described below, please see the Alternative Manage Readable Voicemail section below.
Select Settings from the Voicemail menu.
Set Readable Voicemail to On.
Select the Pencil icon in the Voicemail to Email Notifications section.
Select the Checkbox if you would like to attach Readable Voicemail to email notifications.
Select the Checkbox if you would also like to attach voicemail audio file to email notifications.
Enter the email address(es) at which you would like to receive the notification.
Select the Checkmark to save your information and apply changes.
