The DDC IT Team has setup the ability to reset your DDC Company password via Microsoft Office 365's Self Service Password Reset option. In order to utilize this feature, the registration process of setting up secondary authentication methods will need to be completed prior to resetting your password. Registration is/was requested upon a login to Microsoft with your DDC company credentials.
Registration Prompt
- During login, registration will be required with the following prompt, click "Next"
- Keep Your Account Secure page walks you through the setup of additional methods of authentication to utilize during a password reset. The setup of the Microsoft Authenticator app is required to be one of the two methods requires.
Note: "Skip Setup" may not work to allow you to bypass setup depending on what web application you are logging into

- Once two additional methods of authentication are setup you have completed registration and can continue as normal.
- After a set amount of time, Microsoft will prompt you to verify the selected methods are still valid.
Manual Registration
- If not prompted to register during login, navigate to: https://aka.ms/ssprsetup to register for the Self-Service Password Reset. Enter your work/appropriate subsidiary email, click "Next"
- Enter the password for your email, click "Sign in"
- A "Stay signed in?" message will appear on the screen. Staying signed in or not is optional/preference based
- On the "My Sign-Ins" Screen, on the left pane click on "Security info", and then click on "+ Add sign-in method"
- You will have the option to "Add a method", choose a method from the drop-down menu. Please only choose from the Authenticator app, Phone, or Security Questions options only
