Phone Authentication Setup

The DDC IT Team has enforced Multi-Factor Authentication when trying to access certain resources (such as SharePoint and JAMIS) and resetting your password. If not registered yet, a "Keep your account secure" message will pop up on the screen for setup. Once setup, you will have to authenticate to access the protected resources.

Phone Authentication Setup

  • Click on "I want to set up a different method", click on "Phone", then "Confirm"

  • Select your country and enter the phone number you would like to use, click "Next"

Note: If you opt for a Text, the code will be sent to your Text/iMessage app. If you opt for a Call, an auto attendant will read you the 6 digit code. Listen closely or you will have to, have the auto attendant call you again with a new code

  • Enter code, click "Next"

  • You will see a "SMS Verified. Your phone was registered successfully." message, click "Next"

  • You will see a "Success!" Screen telling you what your default methods, click "Done"
