Open Printer settings by clicking Start, searching for Printer and selecting Printers and Scanners from the list.

Select the printer from the list and click Manage.

In the new screen, select Printing preferences and wait for a new window to open.

Once the Printing Preferences window opens, click the … options button beside the Job Type selection.

Setting PIN

In the Secure Print window, enter and confirm your 4-10 digit passcode that you will use to release print jobs at the printer and click OK.  In the Printing Preferences window, click Apply and OK.

Releasing Secure Prints

Once you have sent a print job to the Xerox, you will have to release it with your PIN number at the printer.  At the Xerox, press the Job Status button and select your name from the list.  Enter your PIN and press Enter on the screen.  You may then choose to print or delete all listed jobs or individually.
