Managing Outlook Auto-Complete Cache

Deleting A Specific, Cached Address:

Open Outlook

Open Outlook and start an email clicking the New Email button.

Delete the Address

In the To field, start typing the address you want to remove from the auto-complete cache.  When it shows up, hover over it and select the X icon to the right of the address to remove it from the cache.

Deleting The Entire Auto-Complete Cache:

Open Outlook

Open Outlook and click File in the upper left corner to open the File menu and select Options from the Menu.

Outlook Options

In the Options window, select the Mail tab from the left and click the Empty Auto-Complete List button.

Confirm you want to delete the Auto-Complete List and close the Options window.
